Richard Baker Furniture are furniture designers offering a collection of fitted and freestanding furniture. We have a collection of unique designs and provide a complete bespoke design service.

Philosophy
I set out to offer clients a unique collection of furniture design, anything from a coffee table to a complete kitchen installation. We are primarily furniture designers offering our range from design studios rather than expensive high street showrooms. This means we can truly offer handmade furniture showcasing great design, quality and value for money.

The Design Studio
Each studio presents a place to view our designs and discuss your individual needs in a comfortable environment. The locations have been carefully chosen to be easy to find and have ample parking right outside. Studios are open all weekbut it is always wise to make an appointment first to view or arrange a design meeting as the designer may be out on site or at another meeting, we always endeavour to give you our undivided attention.

Design
We deal with a variety of clients with different levels of design experience; we will tailor our service to suit your needs. We feel it is important  to understand an individual’s requirements, allowing us to present the correct design for any project. The stage will involve either a visit to one of our design studios or a designer visiting you at home to discuss your requirements. From this meeting we will present our ideas and budgets for your considerations.

Manufacture
We are proud that all of our furniture is manufactured in the UK by selected skilled craftsmen, offering us total control on quality, materials and build times. This lets us respond to design changes, unexpected site conditions or additional work promptly and efficiently in days rather than months as experienced when importing furniture.

Installation
By controlling the design and build process we ensure furniture is delivered to our clients complete and will be installed by fitters with cabinet making skills. Scribes will be clean and tidy, little rectification work or making good is needed. Your chosen design studio will keep you well informed throughout the process and organise all elements of the installation.
